We stand behind Dreamy Pup Chews with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact our support team within 90 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right. This guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind when trying Dreamy Pup Chews for the first time.


Hygiene & Safety Policy (Important)

Due to hygiene and pet safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been:

  • Opened

  • Used

  • Partially consumed

Once a product seal is broken, it cannot be resold or reused safely. This policy exists to protect all pets and customers.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll resolve it.


Subscription Cancellation Policy

Our subscription option is discounted compared to one-time purchases. Because of this, the following terms apply:

  • Subscription orders have a minimum commitment of 2 months

  • After the second shipment, you may cancel your subscription at any time

  • No long-term lock-ins beyond the minimum commitment

  • You can cancel easily through your account or by contacting support

This structure allows us to offer subscriptions at a lower price than one-off purchases.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Items arrived damaged or defective

  • Incorrect item received

  • Approved claims under our 90-day guarantee

Refunds are not available for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Subscription orders canceled before the 2-month minimum is fulfilled
